New Rings can be exchanged for a different metal or style.
New rings can be exchanged for a different size or stone. 

I got the wrong size and/or birthstone.
Mail your ring by regular mail to the Warranty Department below.  To cover shipping and handling charges, include a check (made payable to Father Gerald+) in the amount of $6.00 for shipments inside the US or $25.00 for shipments outside the US.   Indicate the correct birth month and/or information such as "one size larger or smaller".  Please check the SIZE ESTIMATION CHART first to be certain the desired size is available.

I want a different metal/style of ring than the new ring I just purchased.
Because we offer several unique styles available in varying sizes, we must handle exchanges on new rings as new purchases, then refund the full original purchase price (less shipping charges) upon receipt of the ring to be exchanged.   Our pastoral office will mail a check upon receipt of the exchange ring.  To reduce delivery time and increase accuracy and convenience, it is preferable to use the AUTOMATED ORDER FORM, using the "Payment information" section to mark the circle "Check in the mail."   At the completion of your order, simply print the form and mail it by regular mail to the Warranty Department below, along with the original ring purchase and your check.  

If you do not use and print the automated order form, please be sure to include your mailing address and email address, state tax if shipping inside the US State of Florida, as well as shipping and handling of $6.00 for shipments inside the US or $25.00 for shipments outside the US.   Indicate the correct birth month and size.  Otherwise, incomplete information may cause delays in delivery.
